I understand your anger.....we have just scheduled a repair on lawn mower for tomorrow 10/27/09....if they do not show up, I will be deducting my husband's work from the credit card...
This I have found to be most useful...
You want to damage my credit--go for it....What really works is just charge and then say I am not paying it...Service happened to me at Lowe's one day...Long story short...look up my balance...was 4,000 plus (which we pay when comes due) my husband was putting in our new sprinkler system...
I told the girl see that man setting at the desk in there...you go tell him he just kissed 4 thousand goodby...He was out of there like a bullet....and I got the product...the next time I showed up

for a missing part...it was free! I had a problem at HOme Depot...he accused me of lying where we had brought the equipment...I pitched into him with the mother/wife line and hopefully he did not have a child in th epublic school system by the same night...needless to say I brough back the old equipment and got two new ones...
