TracFone refuses to provide call detail records to prove how/if you used the minutes you purchased. Their "Customer Service/Technical Support" is farmed out to non-English speakers overseas and it is dificult to understand them or for them to understand you. They lack knowledge of their own operations and come across as uncaring/apathetic. I suspect that thyey cheat their customers as far as usage is concerned and attempt to cover it up.
