I recently just came across this company as they were the only one that had the product that I needed in stock. I talked with them via live chat and asked when it could be shipped. They told me that it would ship the same day. After an easy order process, I realized that I would need it quicker than the shipping method that I selected, so I got back on live chat and to my surprise, they told me that they would upgrade my shipping in order to get it to my place before my leaving for a trip for free. I would do business with them again as you do not encounter service like this everywhere on the web.
