THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. WE R NEW CUSTOMERS AND SIGNED UP ON 7/12 THEN CHANGED OUR PACKAGE BECAUSE OUR RV IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH HD. CALLED BACK ON 7/13 AND A REP SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT.....LONG STORY SHORT IT CANCELLED OUT BOTH OF OUR ACCOUNTS. WE WERE ON THE PHONE OVER AN HOUR TRANSFERRED SIX TIMES WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET A SUPERVISOR WE WERE ON HOLD AND THEY HUNG UP ON US. CALLED BACK 1 MINUTE LATER AND THE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN AND NOBODY COULD HELP YOU. CALLED THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD NO RECORD OF OUR NAME SO WE SIGNED UP ON ONLINE. STILL HAD PROBLEMS SO WE HAD TO CALL BACK IN BECAUSE IT DIDNT ASK FOR REFERRALS ONLINE. IF THE DEAL WASNT SO GREAT WE WOULDNT BE WITH THIS COMPANY. IMAGINE IF YOU HAD A REAL PROBLEM....I HATE TO PICTURE THAT DAY
