I purchased smart lids from the official website smartlids.com My total with shipping should have been $23.85 and when they billed my credit card for $33.85. I've call the number on my conf page of my order but there is no way to talk to a human, I even hit zero about 5 times and it just hangs up, I tried the order part and it is all automated. I guess if they charge everyone and extra $10 they think we don't look at our credit card statements and it will just pass thorough, Well I'm through, I'm supposed to be picking them up today but I'm going to refuse the order.

I had the same experience. But worse- when I received the lids they did not worked as advertised. I attempeted to return them and was told that all I would only get my $10 and not the $23.35 I paid for shipping. This is pure and simple FRAUD when you buy a product that does not work, pay $10 for the product and an additional shipping cost and handling fee (god help me it could have been $100)and can only get the $10 back if you return the lids at your own expense
