Is this thing for real?

I find it hard to watch this guy Tony Little as he is so weird looking but he product actually looks like it might work and help you lose weight. That s if the thing stays together and does not fall apart while you are mid exercise. It does look a little cheaply made.

Is it worth my money to buy this.
