To whom it may concern? On Feb 14, my wife and I drove to the only dunkin donuts in Fayetteville, NC to buy a dozen of the Bavarian Creme filled donuts. We purchased the donuts and returned home. When we arrived back home an opened the donut box and felt an bit into the dounuts, we found them to be extremely stale. They appeared to have been sitting on the shelf all day and were unfit to eat. We even tried heating them but that did not bring back the freshness expected of your product. We had to throw them away. I felt this should be brought to your attention so that the employees working in this donut shop can be instructed to remove stale food and not sell it as fresh. It brings discredit upon your company.

I made an email reguarding my last visit to dunkin donuts. The manager at the cedar bluff location David contacted me the very next day an assured me how sorry he was about my last visit. However he also promised that he was going to email me a receipt to get my money back on my last purchase of one dozen dunkin donuts plus a free dozen however it seems Ive been lied to again. I guess cedar bluff lost a valuable customer.
