Time Warner installed telephone service with my cable and internet service. Not therefault but they hooked it up to a line that has another number on it. Now internet is slow, cable is o.k. but Ican't call out on phoned and nobody can call in. I'm new to the computer but I can't get them on the Internet to advise about the problem! This is not good when I need a phone because of ill health of mine, my daughters, and my grandaughters health. No matter what I tried I cann't get them to help me on line. Any suggestions readers? Sylvia F.
