When my collection of Apple technology devices were damaged in a fire at our home (set by an arsonist) we called Apple to investigate what our warranty options were. We do have homeowners insurance but that takes forever and we need our computers and iPhones, etc. for managing business. When they hear what had happened Apple was so great and helped us immensely. Thanks to Apple we were back in business in no time!
