This jewelry repair shop is average to below average in the quality of it's work. I recently had 3 rings resized by them on the same order. And even though I determined the size using the sizers that they had, the rings ended up really too small. When I picked up my rings and found how tight they were, speaking In a conversational tone, I made mention of the fact that the rings weren't sized how I ordered them. My voice was neither too loud nor too soft in that a person close by might hear what I said but not the whole shop. My tone didn't draw attention to us. His reaction was to yell at me saying he didn't appreciate me calling him a liar. When I said I didn't call him a liar, he got even louder insisting that I did say he was one. The whole shop was centered on our conversation due to his over reaction to my comment. This would not have happened if he had just simply shown me the sizing was right and not said another word. I've never experienced such bad customer service. I suppose if you live in Indianapolis and want to be treated this way and have jewelry needing repair you should go see them just for that experience. But as for me, I plan on avoiding this shop like a plague from now on..
