This is the worst company to choose! They didn't have the DJ get a hold of me until the day before my wedding, even though I asked to meet him ahead of time to make sure I liked him. The DJ then told me that he couldn't do the things I had contracted them for! I wasn't going to have any sound for my wedding ceremony, no extra speakers or wireless mikes, and he was going to play his own play list. I told him what I contracted him for, and he said that it was too bad SS told me I could have that stuff because he didn't own it and wasn't going to get it. Then he refused to call the company to work it out!!!!! I was the liaison between the two, trying to get it sorted out. What was the point of SS? They just picked some random DJ and sent him to my wedding. He didn't play the music I requested, and was surly and rude. It almost ruined my wedding. BEWARE! Pick your own DJ, it is worth it to know who you are hiring ahead of time. My brother-in-law ended up doing our ceremony sound because SS is so incompetent. with out him, our wedding would have been ruined. I imagine, being a bride the day before your wedding, and having some mean DJ saying, "I will not run sound for your wedding ceremony" and the DJ company saying he will.......... but then not contacting him or doing anything to find you a new one. I ended up with a full refund, but I am still waiting, three months now for it. I call them and the refund guy is never there, regardless of the hour. Or he is "stuck in traffic, int he hospital, the computers are broken..." and do not ever believe that they will call you back. They barely answer the phone let alone use them. I will continue calling for my refund, but I am not holding my breath.
