This is the second time I have gone through the drive up window and after getting home havent had everything I paid for. You would think I would check before leaving I will next time or maybe just not go back. The first time I phoned and they said they would put a note on the board and I would get a free one next time I came in. When I went in nobody knew about the board or my free one. Thank you

I ALWAYS check at Taco Bell when I go through the drive-thru, or I go inside. It doesn't seem to matter which store I go to; the drive-thru always screws up!
