This is the place shows how unprofessional customer service, and how bad the experience you get. All they are concern is about your pocket money. I had a horrible lasik experience there.

The surgery scheduled on 2:00PM, but the doctor arrived at the office after 2:30PM. There was no recovery room after surgery. There was no follow-up call to ask your feeling after surgery. They just let you go home right after it. I had been waiting for the doctor over one and half hour on the next day checkup. They didn't mention the preservative free eyedrop to use. And the eyedrop they recommended made my eye cloudy after using. When I called them and ask about it, they didn't provide the solution, but just answered this is the best one that doctor recommended. After that, it's one-month checkup. But the doctor just quickly took a look and said you had very good vision which other customer cannot reach it, even though I didn't have 20/20 vision at that time. It's kind of cheating me. Then I had the 3-month checkup appointment which is supposed to be in this month. But when I called them to check the exact date, they cannot find it in their system. I just felt they completely forgot me.

I have never had such horrible experience. WORST in the universe.
