This is a terrible company!

I placed an order for post cap lights for my deck. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again. Once again i was told that the item was pushed back even longer. Not ONCE had anyone even attempted to notify me of this and if i had not inquired, they would have left me waiting for over 2 months! After 2 months, i cancelled my order. Its been 20 days now, and I still have not received my $300+ that yardiac stole from me. What a horrible company!

I called them multiple times to get them to refund my card. Each time they said they were doing it, but my money was never refunded. After about the 3rd try, i finally got my money back. I ended up finding the same post caps at backyardamerica.com. They had them at my house 2 days after ordering! I should have used them to begin with.

OH MY GOSH almost the exact same thing happened to me! I too ordered post caps lights--four of them. I received two and got the same run-around that you did about the remaining two. I finally canceled the remainder of the order and they said they would credit my visa for the remaining amount. It's now been a month since that phonecall and I still have not seen the credit. I just called them again. I too feel like if I never called them, they would just leave me hanging out here forever, and I would never see my lights or my money again. ARGGGH!
