This guy is an irresponsible owner and a poor packer as well. He took our money and didn't live up to his promice to safely pack an expensive machine. The machine arrived broken and he claims that he's not at fault. After six months of not returning my calls, faxes, and letters there is no way to get him to talk about this loss to my business. Now he and the shipping company claim that there was never any insurance on a $3,500.00 item that we shipped with him with just that assurance, that he would get this insurance for us. Why would anyone ship somthing that expensive with no insurance? This is absurd! If there was no insurance, why did they leave us hanging for six months? Why has he and the shipping company (FedEX) argued that they wern't at fault for all this time if there was no insurance? Canada Pack and Parcel is a chicken opperation with no business ethics. Cluck Cluck!
