This company mis-represents...

This company mis-represents itself to consumers and then will not cancel what they are selling. They will make it sound like you had their service last year. They are crooks and do NOT have any business ethics what so ever. Anything purchased should be able to be cancel or refunded if the customer changes their mind or does not like the product.

I believe the-internet-yellowpages.com used un-ethical business practices to trick my company into buying a listing. My wife answered their call. They told her I had bought from them before and by agreeing she was merely renewing. I had never used them. They sent me a bill for $429.99 and will not let me cancel. I refuse to pay. I believe this to be a tele-marketing scam.

I agree. This company totally misrepresents itself. For the second year in a row they have called my house to 'renew' my ad by confirming information for my 'yellow page listing', which I never had with them to begin with. Unfortunately, my husband got the call this year and we got scammed again. Once again I will call and argue with their rude, high pressure sales people until they stop billing me. Someone needs to put these people out of business!
