This company is ridiculous

If I write anything at this moment, I will go off. DirecPath is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They said the support crew would be here 8-1 so I took off of work, and as a single mother that is not easy, just got an update THEY MAY NOT MAKE IT OUT TODAY! I am switching service asap.
