This Company's Accusations about 3Horse Ranch are False

We are a ranch located in Montana. We recently received an email from Montana Custom Hay wanting to know about our hay that we sell from our ranch. At the time of the email we had no idea that they have our ranch name posted on their website connecting us with some hay scam and another company that sells hay I guess. We decided after replying to their email that we would see what we could find about them online and we were SHOCKED to find what they had written about us. We emmediately contacted our attorney as well as the owners of Montana Custom Hay to have these false statements about our ranch removed from their website and they have not done so. We thought that the hay exchange is open to anyone who wants to advertise to sell hay, I guess we were wrong. We have never had any problems with anything like this before we advertised with the hay exchange when we were told that it was a good resource to use. I just don't see how this company thinks they can get away with this slanderous behavior without any regard for the ranch they are hurting that they know nothing about. We researched this hay brokerage for hours last night and found that we are not their only victims that this has been a habit for them to slander others trying to sell hay. We also found that their reputation as being quote "reputable" is something to be desired. We do have a land line phone and what does it matter what email account we use? We use our P.O. Box for contact for mail purposes because we do not get mail delivered on the ranch. These few reasons are what their defense is for slandering us. We have not been located in Central Montana and are not connected with anyone that has scammed anyone. We have reported Montana Custom Hay to many organizations about their slanderous behavior in this matter as well as the BBB.
