This Bank is Awful

I had no late payments, excellent FICO scores and a reasonable balance. in late 2007. They raised my rate above 30%. When I called to discuss this outrage they basically said they did it because they could. I will never use their products and services again. It seems my treatment was not unique. Paid off the balance in three months and tore up the card.
