0 This bank may be good for some, but I would HIGHLY recommend, finding another banking institution. My daughter went thru a terrible ordeal, where this bank totally destroyed her. On top of the workers, discrimianting, verbally and mentally. As a result, she is homeless and had a large equity built up in her house. You can see all the property 3rd federal is acquiring, by being ruthless & uncaring. I prefer to do banking where the customer is treated with respect and truthfulness.

I have doccuments and i will go prove they have been unfair with my mortgage.my house loan are 30 years fixing and they charge Interest a high fees and lied in my creditor report . they have been have ripoff my acount for long time .Iam single mother with kids both are in college look like third federal saving loan like rip off single mothers like me

0 I absolutely believe this person is truthful. We just went throught the exact same experience with this bank. We were supposed to be closing on our loan Thursday and the guy the took our application assured us everything was in place and ready to go. We get a call on MONDAY saying we have to get more inspections....even though the house we bought only gave us 10 days to do any and all inspections....we were well out of that time frame. Oh and did I mention that we had over 60% down and a credit score of over 800? This banks screws people over and I will never, ever have anything good to say about them.
0 I believe the person who complained whole heartedly. He had no reason to go out of his way to complain. I have witnessed gimicks like this before at first hand. I am educated and have a good credit score, a banker- I might add, and yes, have been denied for no reason whatsoever. I figured the only reason these rates were out there was to have you pay for the application fee. This complaint is right on target!!!
0 This guy is telling the whole truth. His spelling is atrocious. He must be uneducated and incapable of telling th truth. I have an 800 plus credit score, good income and was approved the same day. I am a Sr. V.P. at a major bank and have had two mortgages and home equity loans with Third Federal. I believe in the company and own put my money where my mouth is and own several thousand shares of the common stock. Don't believe this guy nor feel sorry for him and his $325. Probably the best rates in FL and the least expensive in terms of fees. Don't feel sorry for this complainer.
