They're OK, but... - Monitoring

I have 2 thoughts on ADT;

1. I have them because they bought Rollins. I thought Rollins was much better in technical support. I have a large home system that would be pricey to replace, and they seem to want me to replace it rather than fix it.

2. The reason I use them is for monitoring. They do a good job there. I had my first break in attempt ever 3 months ago. The alarm center notified me and then the police right away. The system worked as it should. The perp left when the first alarm sounded. The police were there within several minutes.
