They took my computer and made it worse and then told me hey its not our problem you didnt back up your data. WTF, there was no reason for them to format my computer. all i asked them to do was install a new video card for me and now i lost all my music and pictures and all my programs. they ruined my friends computer too he brought it to them and they didnt even fix it after 6 weeks and they wouldnt give it back to him either! they still have it and its been 2 months now. They Suck.

My geeker sold me a fan pad for my laptop. It was the wrong one and burned out the fan. My 30 day warranty was up they wanted $267.00 to come out again and look at it. I got the fan replaced and said tata to the little brown bug.
