They are the WORST

How is this company even in business? They took my money, claimed they shipped my DVD (via CANADA mail, even though I live in Utah), and now won't respond to my emails or calls. Where can I go to get this resolved? This is awful. I'm so angry because I was SO excited to find Silver Spoons on DVD. What a disappointment the entire experience has been.

Exactly the same happened to me - a tracking code from the canadian post and no DVD at all. I ordered in March - it's now July!
