I have a DS 3000 digital recorder. Purchased a long time ago online (but don't remember where). Needed software/driver update and they are not posted on the website to go from my version 2.0. I sent 3 emails, 2 months apart with no reply (not in junk mail either). I called customer support, and only after a 20 minute hold, got a very rude person that advised "I would have to go to the dealer". I asked him harshly how the heck I was to remember where I bought 5 years prior, and he said he would not be talked to that way that that was the way it was. All I needed was a software/driver update - from the company that made the product. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AN OLYMPUS PRODUCT. PERIOD.
