To me, these reviews sound like whiney little idiots who couldn't follow instructions if they were tattoed to their forehead.

When I first started ordering from them, I had to send back two of the items I ordered (they were much smaller than I thought they would be). But I have been happy with my other purchases. And I have noticed that in recent months they are much better about showing the items against a ruler so you know what size the item is and they seem to have reined back their hosts so they aren't making outlandish claims about a piece of jewelry, then using the phrase "in my opinion", so GemsTV could have claimed that they never made such a statement. Anyway, no one who knew anything about jewelry would believe half of that hosts like Victoria said anyway. I also note that they are announcing regularly that the starting price of the item has NOTHING to do with the value of the item, which wasn't always made clear in the early days; but then only an idiot would believe that they were getting a $27,000 ring for $1,500. So, I believe that they are trying to improve, so the customers know what they're getting.
