Theives - Wheels and tires

My son (in Iraq) orders wheels & tires.
Cap & lugnuts (Pd extra) were missing.
Ive called these crooks a least 15 times , talked to someone twice (Mike #217), sent at least 5 emails, no response, nothing.
Mike promised twice to get stuff out, never recieved anything.
These guys are common theives in my opinion, gives internet comerce a really bad name.

real nice response, you did send the lug nuts & centric rings after 3 months, still no center cap.BTY the centric rings are again the wrong size, same deal they fit the car perfect, but wont fit in the wheels that you sold. I have to tell you , it amazes me, if you guys are a top 5K company , I'd sure hate to do business with a company in the bottem 5K, they would use a gun to rob you instead of the internet.
