The worst service ever - Customer service

I don't know what the hell happeded but I spent almost an hour in the drive-thru at the Newton Falls, OH McDonald's.

What made matters worse is the fact that the girl at the window was rude about the fact that I didn't smile and accept the totally lousy service. She siaid "Thank you. Have a nice day."
When I took the bag and didn't say anything, she snapped back with "HAVE A NICE DAY!" in a very rude manner. I said nothing but couldn't wait to get home and find a complaint site to post this on. The worst part about this is the fact that I will probably be responsible for getting her fired from a job that wasn't worth working in the first place.

How can you get this girl fired from a job where no one cares? McDonalds makes tons of money and they could care less if some customers get upset due to lousy service or other reasons as long as it doesn't hurt their bottom line. Try sending a complaint to the corporate headquarters. It's a total joke. They take NO responsibility and route your complaint right back to the people you complain against to handle it. They probably get your complaint and laugh. I would. That's my opinion anyway.
