The worst of the worst - Cooktop

I bought a LG HDTV from Conn's and within a month it failed. To make a super long story very short. It took their service department 3 months to fix it. Even after talking to the manager and he having his "best" technician working exclusively on my TV. Then I bought a Frigidaire Cooktop and it failed on me too. It's been a month already and its still not fixed. The technician came two days ago (March 28, 2009) and it turns out he ordered the wrong part. So here I am calling them again today (March 30, 2009)and they tell me they are waiting for the right part to arrive. Looks like I'll be waiting at least another two week. I,ve tried finding contact information for upper management or something like that. But no luck.
