The worst customer service - computer

I object to their 15% restocking fee.

When a product is taken home, not used but the box is opened to inspect the product this fee is charged.

One has only to look at other complaint sites to see that Circuit City has many abuses for other customer service issues.

once the box is opened it's not new... not matter what you think. I see an open box at a store, it's not new, it's used or display. I expect a % off, and I would speculate that you do as well... stop whining.
