I ordered a rear pair for Avalon for $103. I received them after one week. After spending $150 to put them on, the car vibrated at above 40mph. The tech said one of the rotors was warped and I had to pay $100 to take them off. I called the customer support.... More...

Thank you for bringing our attention to this issue. I believe we had a misunderstanding while on the phone. We spoke earlier regarding your request for a warranty return. We will honor your warranty request if the rotors were installed by an ASE certified mechanic and are indeed warped. All we need is a fax with the receipt from the original installation as well as a report from your mechanic stating that the rotors are warped and need to be replaced. Your mechanic should not be charging you to look over his own work. Please call me if you have any questions, I want to help you.
