The only reason I have DirecPath currently is because it is the only cable company that my apartment complex services to. For the past 4 months I have not received a bill from DirecPath because I moved within the complex and they had the incorrect billing address, yet had the correct address for service. After calling them several times to tell them this, they said the problem would be 'taken care of', however, it never was. My cable was then turned off. The company said it would not be turned on until I paid 2 late fees and a reconnection fee, neither of which I should have to pay because they had the wrong address. I tried to correct them several times, but they could never quite 'get it.'

I agree with you I work for Direcpath, and if you were getting the services then you should have paid, i am a customer service supervisor and have been since Early 2007. I dont get customers who dont pay their bill then want to complain when their service is disconnected please just pay your bill

That sounds about right for those morons. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I paid them a month's fee and installation upfront, but took them 6 weeks to come install it because their computer was down. They only would install it when I asked for my money back.Had to pay the directv portion twice. If you have a question no one has an answer, wish I'd known I had to deal with them before I moved into my apartment even though I LOVE my apartment.

Well i think u should at least call direcpath and ask how much you owe, you did receive the service right? if you did you should know that you need to pay for it
