Pierre Day Spa Complaint
The new owner of this once...

What kind of a business owner does that! You would think that the new owners would want to keep the existing clients while seeking new ones. This day spa has been sold three times in the last 5 years and each previous owner always honored the gift certificates.
The new owner has not changed the name of the day spa. I may be wrong but if someone buys a company do they not accept all assets and liabilities? She claims she was not paid the money on the gift certificate, the previous owner was. She feels as if she would be paying for the services rendered. All the while, I am out approx $150.00 between two gift certificates. What kind of customer service is this? If she did not want to honor the full amount, why couldn't she try to make a deal with me? Instead she lost a loyal customer, the customers I had referred, and any new business I would have referred to her.
Any comments?
