The first trip into Walgreens was a terrific shopping experience I was so pleased I went to Church and bragged that everyone should transfer their perscriptions but the second time was one of the worst I've had anywhere. Now I have to go to Church and tell them different.

There was a dispute over a coupon which would have been ok for the store manager to just say they could not honor it and go on but he actually said we were pulling a scam and called my husband and I theives, I have never been treated so badly before and believe me I will never step foot in another Walgreens again. The store managers name was Jason Proctor and he assured me I could contact anyone in the company he didn't care.

Every store has appx the same prices saving here and there but customer service is the key to keeping customers, that is not the way these companies are training their managers and they should be, There is always another company down the road that wants your money.

Stop crying. If it's on the internet it must be true. You need to remember that most Walgreens customers are on anti-depressants and there perception of reality is skewed. Don't believe them.

WOw I was reading your complaint and I must say I am embrassed for I am a walgreens employee and I cant beleive the experience. Honestly not every walgreens is the same and they truly do care about the customer as you noticed on the first visit. I am so sorry for the way the manager treated you and If I were I would complain to corpate as the do care about how the customers are treated. Trust me If you dont address your experience then how will they know there is a prolbem in that store directly. I hope if you do decide to go back to walgreens that your experience from hear to the future will be way better and know that your thoughts and comments are valued.
