The Worst Experience - Service Department

This dealership is located in the well to do section of Phoenix Arizona known as Scottsdale. I had taken my car to the dealership back in November 2007 to have a noise looked at in the front end of the vehicle. The dealership had my car hostage for 5 days and I kept calling and calling and no one returned my calls. After paying for a rental car for 5 days I finally had the time in my hectic schedule to drive over to find out what the heck was going on. The dealership had done nothing and in fact lost my keys for a time before admitting to being at fault for my horrible experience. I got my bill paid and left, realizing that they had tried to charge my credit card without my approval earlier in the week. They were supposed to find the problem, give me a quote and then ask if I wanted to get the repair fixed. I found out they had tried to charge my card for almost 1000.00 dollars for a simple fix of struts that Midas Muffler and Brakes could do for half that. I went to Midas got the repair done and was happy. I went back to the dealership to complain to someone about my horrible service experience and the "CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER" could have cared less the Customer Service manager was horrible and only made things worse. If in Scottsdale Arizona and your car breaks down, do not use POWER CHRYSLER JEEP, instead have your car towed with your AAA accross the street the Chapman Dodge JEEP, much better service and friendlier people.
I WOULD RATHER SIT IN 110 Degree weather waiting for the tow truck than to ever step foot in that dealership POWER CHRYSLER JEEP SCOTTSDALE ever again
