I have had no cable for four of the last five weeks. I have had a service tech four times. They couldn't fix a problem if their life depended on it. Now I am out again, thanks to a storm, and they left the property before bringing the system back up. I have received apologies from the customer service line but no promise of service - just call back tomorrow evening if it's not working so I can get on a 10 day wait for service. If your potential community has Direcpath , move someplace else. Avoid the headaches.
