The WORST!

This company gets one star only because there is nothing lower. They may have products in hard to find sizes (many of which were not available over several searches), but their refund, return, and shipping policies are OUTRAGEOUS.

Returns within 30 days of shipping or no refund -only store credit good for 1 year. Shipping charges at 10% of purchase price -my last order (even with a $170.00)credit was figured at the full cost and was $52.00. This is for swimsuits??? And their prices are high to boot. 4 swimsuits ordered (because I didn't know what would fit) cost $520.00. plus the shipping.

I would recommend that unless you are right on top of returns of things that don't fit, and willing to pay a ridiculous mark-up on shipping, that you stay FAR away from this company, VERY FAR away!

When I called them on the phone, the lady was very polite and did extend my 1 year Gift Certificate(Probably only because gift certificates can not legally have an expiration date in CA) but audibly scoffed at my assertion that the 30 day return or no refund policy was severe -she claimed that it was a normal accepted policy and similar to others on the web. She also said that "Companies can set whatever policies they choose."

Furthermore, shipping prices for their minimum required method (US Priority Mail)are charged at 10% of purchase -a usurious figure by any reckoning!

Again, I highly recommend CAVEAT EMPTOR!
