Crescent processing came in and gave their quick demonstration (which took about 2 hours, not 10 minutes). All of their services seemed inexpensive, and very reasonable compared to our current credit card handler. Also, they offered an excellent rate on check verification. We were even guaranteed, in writing, a discounted monthly rate to compare to our current prices. So we made the switch. It lasted for about a week. We got everything setup and running, then the first bill came. It took weeks for checks and cards to be processed, and the rates and fee we were promised never came around. We called to complain three times, and were put on endless hold (literally hours before we hung up); but never reached a human being. We unplugged their machine, and haven't used it for a month. They haven't called to get anything back or find out what happened. We've even stopped them from automatically taking money from our accounts (we are all paid for, they have no reason to charge us extra fees beyond our original agreement). Even still, they keep trying to charge us. I would recommend that nobody switch to this processing company. Their rates and fees are too good to be true.
