The Modern - 11 west 53rd
This is one of those places that is a good place to meet for a drink. Sure the staff is a bit snotty and the drinks a bit too clever. And the prices hurt some. But, the space is beautiful and their is room to mingle and get a table for an overpriced meal or cocktail.
Usually i would never recommend a place this sceney but this is one time where the atmosphere holds the room and is worth the price.
