the food has always been fine. This time my husband and I had the mash potatoes which usually are excellent but not this time. They were so far below your standard.

The report of this was well received and we could not have been more [pleased with the service.
Glad to know you will respond to making this better.
You company measures up to a great standard, this time it was out of your norm.
