To whom it may concern: My sister Noreen Levy called your company about housing and was informed over the phone that she could check then out on the internet and to no success and in the process was also told that she would get information and a pin number to get though and never received anything in the mail.They proceeded to withdraw from my debt account the amount of $39.80 and I would like it put back as this is all I have to live on. thanking you Maureen Herb
