DO NOT ORDER FROM UGG BOTIQUE. This company is fraudulent. I ordered boots and they did not fit (at all!) as all of my other size 7 Uggs do. I contacted the company for a return 2 months ago. Sent the boots back and they still have not refunded my money. They will not return e-mails or phone calls. There are so many people that have posted the same complaints on the internet.
