I just relocated from San Jose, California to Redmond, WA. Before moving I interviewed about 20 moving companies by online quotes and by calling them. %90 of them had terrible reviews, scary B B B records and more. The rep from Ori Van Lines gave me the feeling that I was his only costumer for today. Natalie chat with me something like 45 minutes while I got explained about all the details that are necessary for a safe move with anybody. She was also very nice and we laugh a lot (I offered her to meat my son but she could not do that due of professionalism demands).

I understand all companies are independently operated, so it's more of a crap-shoot than anything else. Maybe I just got lucky, but I had a better move than I even dreamed possible.
