Terrible service - flat rate box shipping

Recently sent thirteen (13) flat rate boxes from Oregon to Hawaii. All arrived damaged some totally squashed, broken, and water damaged. Much of the contents were ruined, broken or damaged. In 40 plus years of shipping by various means this was the worst. These guys are terrible and I would warn anyone to reconsider before using their services. They should go out of the package shipping business, period.
