Terrible service - order taking and service

I went to a McDonalds and placed a small order. There were a lot of people in line so I didn't mind waiting, but the place was severely understaffed (only the manager and one other worker were working). When I reached the cashier, the employee didn't put my order in the computer and didn't charge me. I stood for 20 minutes trying to get her attention but she completely ignored me.
