TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wanted to order a watch from Fossil.com as the store in my area doesn't have the item in stock.

When I went on the website, I was happy to see that I would receive free overnight shipping. This is the day before... More...

do u really think they walked over and checked to see if ur order was ready they arent even in the same building. It comes out of a warehouse and u are speaking to people in a call center

First of all I think you are a big idiot to wait till 13th afternoon for ordering a valentice gift. Shows how much forsighted and careful planner you are. Your GF or wife should dump a worthless stupid fellow like you ASAP. Now, I think Fossil's service is excellent in your case. This is allyour fault. They would have been bbogged down by orders and would have been very busy. But being the selfish idiot that you are, did you ever think from their perspective. I would say it is not terrible customer service but a terrible customer attitude. SELLER BEWARE OF SUCH RETARDS!
