Terrible costumer svc. - replacement cable

ordered cable thru Dell (thought they knew which one to send) but received wrong one. Had to order again paying shipping and handling again!! They refuse to take back and credit us the incorrect cable (because its past 21 days. I think its day 23 now) So because they don't know what system we have and the correct part that goes with it, I'm stuck with a $58 dollar cable I don't need and have to pay additional $69 to hopefully receive the correct one. Very unprofessional on the phone.
