Terrible and Expensive

This is just the usual chain store. They dont seem to be hiring anyone who knows alot about pools. Also they could use some training in the customer service area. I have had my pool for 20yrs and a avoid Leslies as much as I can. Ive been to several locations and it seems to always be consistant with what Ive been saying. Atl

i worked for leslies for a couple month stint. they never trained me properly. they throw their employees to the wolves in all regards - pool knowledge, using their computer system (which is broken), everything, even the attitudes of the management and corporate people are miserable - a total bunch of thieves.
It's unfortunate that you had to experience a manager lacking in knowledge... I do have to say that there are quite a few Leslie's managers who are far and above the competition in pool knowledge... perhaps try a different store.

Order your stuff on-line. It's cheaper. I order from poolcenter.com. Leslies is terrible. Even their management is terrible.
