Terrible, Terrible - BunkBeds

I bought a bunk bed from one of Mercantila's websites over a month ago. Of course they immediately charged me for the bed, but it has not even shipped yet. Repeated emails have been ignored. Phonecalls can only get through to an actual person if you pretend you want to place a new order. Once you get that person you are informed that they don't offer customer service for existing orders over the telephone and they hang up. Cancelling my order has had no results either, I have yet to receive any confirmation of it actually being cancelled. As far as getting my money back from them, I have no hope of it happening soon, if ever, based on the the run-around they have given me so far.
