Terrible Manager - KS#13 Store 6329 - Manager

Went to the drive thru on my way to work at McDonalds on Alma School just North of Guadalupe in Mesa. I wasn't in a hurry, I actually left home early. This drive up has to lanes there wasn't anybody in either lane so I drove up the the ordering microphone and waited. Nobody greeted me so I started saying "Hellooooo, etc." A lady ask for my order and I said a sausage mcmuffin with the folded egg. I have ordered it this way for a few years. I saw sausage mcmuffin come up on the screen and she asked what else I wanted aand I said just the sandwich but I want to make sure it has the folded egg. She then asked what I want. I repeated everything. Meanwhile an SUV went in the other lane gave her order and went to the window before me this person took so long. I drove up to the window and asked what that was all about and the girl at the window wasn't the one taking my order. I said fine, paid drove up to get my food, started to drive off but thought I better check the sandwich. There was egg and cheese...no sausage. I went in the restaurant asked where the sausage was and the girl said I said I didn't want sausage. I said she was mistaken and asked for a manager because she had such a bad attitude, was the person who took the order and didn't even say she was sorry. I was floored. She said she was the manager and looked as though she just came in from doing yardwork. Sweats, hair messed up, a little dirty, etc. The other employees looked great. I got my sandwich, went to my car, checked the sandwich and there was egg and sausage, no cheese. No I am upset. Oh and no longer on my early to go to work. I asked if she was simply unable to understand simple sandwich instructions. She was very rude and told me I said I did not want cheese. I said what part of any of this conversation held any phrase remotely saying no cheese. She tossed the bag with the new sandwich on the counter. That was it, I asked what time her manager was coming in; 8:00. I called after 8:00 and the other manager found the story funny but at least somebody finally said those simple words, "I'm sorry"' I also get a free sandwich next time I go there....guess I better leave twice as early that day if I want to collect. LOL
