Terrible Ibiza House Hunters - Villa rental & management

My company organised a 3 month work trip in Ibiza. We used Ibiza House Hunters in Santa Eularia. Never use this company. We moved into a 4 bed luxury villa with no hot water, an empty pool, no working toilet upstairs, an electrical fire on day two and a mold covered patio, not to mention no dining table- imagine 3 professionals eating off plates on our knees, paying thousands each month! In trying to fix any of these issues, Mark, the owner, put us off, lied to us, yelled at us, avoided our calls and emails and after we finally went down to the office, he greeted us with such disdain, he actually offered my colleague outside for a fight after we told him that we found his level of customer service appalling. We asked for compensation for paying full price for one month on a "luxury" villa with an empty pool etc, and he blew us off completely. 6 months later and he still hasn't returned a Euro of our 2,000 Euro deposit!
